A sofa, love seat or sectional uses multiple switches or screen, which would multiply the constant drain on the power pack, even when not in use.

Wireless phone chargers also require constant power. You should never charge any device while powering the furniture with a battery.

Corded handheld wands with USB ports and/or LED lights will have a constant power draw.Furniture with USB ports, even if never used, have the potential to constantly draw power. Any LED lights (cup holders, switches, etc,) will have a constant draw.

Touch-sensitive buttons require constant power delivery to function

Matters needing attention:

1. Please use 29V DC 0.8a-2a switch power supply when charging the battery pack.
2. It is recommended to fully charge before usingwhen using for the first time.
3. Please connect the external charging power supply correctly and connect the load according to the nameplate instructions

7、The Battery pack in an external charger, the system automatically switches to the external power supply output mode.Ensure no charging discharge.So when you want to use massage chair, need to use external power supply to match the massage chair.Such as 29 v2a power supply.
